When we take care of drivers — body, mind and soul — we take care of transport. We take care of our employees. We take care of the industry. And we take care of ourselves. 🧡

The Wellbeing Pledge doesn't separate physical health from mental health from the deeper sense of dignity and belonging that determines whether someone stays in a profession or leaves it. Wellbeing is not divisible.

A driver who is physically rested but psychologically depleted is not a well driver. The whole person is what the Pledge is asking the industry to invest in.

There are only positive outcomes when we focus on wellbeing. All of them.
