Yoga for me is a gift to be shared.

A practice and philosophy that approaches body and mind in an integrated way. Physically, it supports flexibility, relaxation and overall wellbeing, cultivating a sense of calm, strength and alignment within oneself. This naturally impacts energy, vitality and emotional balance as well.

I love sharing this path, both in group classes and individual sessions. My approach is accessible, conscious and adaptable to the needs and energy of the people I work with. I value creating a safe, steady and supportive space where each person can grow in their own rhythm.

I am currently exploring collaborations with holistic centers and studios focused on body, mind and wellbeing.

Private lessons continue in my space in Uccle.

In this video, I want to share a few key elements that make yoga, yoga… and that deeply influence its effect on the body and mind.👀

It is something crucial to me to observe progress when guiding my clients to deepen and grow in the practice.👇

✨️Breath.
Conscious breathing is what transforms movement into yoga. Without awareness of the breath, we are simply doing physical shapes. We return again and again to learning how to breathe within the practice. This creates a deeper state of relaxation, which also allows the practice to grow in the body.

✨️Spine.
The spine is at the center of movement and awareness. When we learn to connect with and use it for expansion, it becomes the key to developing healthy, sustainable flexibility. Progress in flexibility doesn’t come from forcing the body, but from understanding and organizing movement through the spine.

As a teacher and in my own practice, this connection with breath and spine is something I feel brings a big difference in how I experience my body also in posture, and in how my clients and I feel.

I’m talking about flexibility and receptivity.

Yoga starts on the mat, but it goes much beyond it.

Becoming a mother brought a whole new sense of purpose to me.

To nourish and love the life flame that lives and unfolds as my beloved son.

Living this experience brought me to let go of many beliefs I carried, as I found my own way into it.
That feels so true to my heart.

On this mother's day, my best gift is having him around. He gave me drawings of sunflowers… and the real gift is this love for my little sunshine.

Reflecting on so much lived and so much growth in this journey as a mother, I also think of all mothers. My friends, the beautiful mums in my field.

I honor and see your sacred role and flame too.

I am sweetly contained.

These words came out as a soft truth in a coaching session.

Tapping into my own desires,
in a space held by another.

It feels so good to receive these words as truth,
in romantic relationship and within myself.

Feeling the joy and the exhale of that.

Stepping into feeling and acknowledging what in me resists this in my body,
my inner boxer ready to protect me.

Receiving that soft truth whisper again,
letting it sink deeper.

Giving that to myself,
living this truth in my days already feels like such a beautiful gift.

Giving myself that.
Receiving the sweet containment of life already here.

Your body is not separate from your experience.

It is where your experience happens.

Lately I feel a new clarity about my role as a coach.

To witness someone in her journey.
To look together at the places where something blocks what she most longs for… intimacy, connection, a relationship that can truly open.

Often it lives somewhere in the body.
A fear, a protection, a belief.

While a solid method can support and guide the adventure of meeting inner parts and integration, my role is to hold space with deep, active listening.

A space where body and consciousness can take the journey they need.
Where clarity, acceptance and integration can unfold.

Again and again I witness the wholeness of being human.
Including the parts of ourselves that have not yet had the space to be seen.

For me, coaching is a practice of active listening.

The external guide only holds the space so the inner one can come forward.

Part of the path is softening fears and bringing acceptance to all the layers we meet along the way to the kind of partnership we desire, whether this means a partner who is yet to arrive, or a partner we are already with and wish to deepen our love with.

And it all begins with the partnership with ourselves.

I’m now entering my second year of training as a coach in relationships and intimacy, and I feel honored to be in this phase of practice.
Deeply grateful for the method behind this work.

Every journey I witness reminds me how beautiful and powerful this process is.

No matter the goal, every journey touches something essential:
how it feels to come home.

In the body, the mind, and the heart.

Last Friday I joined a beautiful gathering of women entrepreneurs in Brussels.

Among many of us there was a shared passion for fields connected to wellbeing, human and organisational development, relationships, and the body.

There was a beautiful sense of connection… and quite a bit of dancing too.

My heart is rejoicing.

Here’s to celebrating women blooming together.

Sharing a bit with you today about our bodies and change.

Flexibility is not what we often think it is.

It’s often reduced to how far we can go in the body,
and it can easily be perceived as superficial or inaccessible.

In my experience, it’s much more about the relationship we keep with the body over time
and the capacity to stay connected as we change.

It’s available to all bodies and all ages,
and it can bring a sense of harmony and vitality
in the way we inhabit ourselves.
