Why are we still making moms feel guilty about how they feed their babies?

At Kiddiatrix, we proudly support breastfeeding and the many benefits it offers. Breast milk provides ideal nutrition, immune protection, and health benefits that can last well beyond infancy. Breastfeeding is a wonderful choice that we encourage and support.

But we also know that every family’s feeding journey is unique.

Some moms struggle with supply. Some face medical challenges. Some supplement. Some choose formula because it’s the choice that works best for them and their families.

If you’re formula feeding, please hear this:

❤️ You are not failing your baby.
❤️ You are not any less of a mother.

From one mom to another ❤️

None of us are perfect.
I certainly am not.

My kids get way more screen time than they should sometimes.
They eat fast food.
They forget homework.
They complain about vegetables.
They’ve even fallen off the bed before.
And honestly… I don’t know where the immunization cards are either.

Perfect parenting does not exist.
Showing up with love, consistency, and heart is what matters.

Our children do not need perfect moms.
They need present ones.
