World Food Safety Day, celebrated every year on June 7, was proudly observed today by the Public Health and HECOPAB Departments in collaboration with the Trinidad Government School under this year theme: “From burden to solutions- safe food everywhere.”

Together, we raised awareness about the importance of safe food practices and the role each of us plays in preventing food borne illness. Through education, collaboration, and community engagement, we can transform food safety challenges into solutions that protect the health and wellbeing of everyone.

Let us continue working together to ensure safe food for all, everywhere.
