Tabor Village is a "Campus of Care" including Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Complex Care. INDEPENDENT HOUSING AT TABOR MANOR
Tabor Manor has 38 rental apartments at affordable prices. Tenants may choose to access a variety of services including hairdressing services, light housekeeping, food services, personal care, and more. ASSISTED LIVING AT TABOR COURT
Tabor Court has 88 subsidized

suites accessed through the Fraser Health Authority, and 16 suites which are privately rented. There are many amenities available to tenants, including an on-site convenience shop, hair salon, bistro, chapel, library, and guest dining areas. Services include flat linen laundering & light housekeeping, daily lunch and dinner in the dining room with coffee and snacks in between, personal care assistance available 24 hours a day, Licensed Practical Nursing staff on site daily, and a wide variety of scheduled leisure and recreational opportunities. COMPLEX CARE AT TABOR HOME
Tabor Home is a 118 bed complex care facility. All 118 beds are accessed through Fraser Health Authority. Many services are provided to residents of Tabor Home, including 24 hour nursing and personal care services, a special care environment for residents with Alzheimer’s and other dementias, daily dining service with menu choices, housekeeping and laundry services, supervised social activities, exercise programs, crafts, bus trips, and more. 💅🏻✨A little polish and a lot of smiles!

Yesterday, our residents and staff enjoyed a fun manicure day, taking turns painting each other's nails. Every manicure was done with love and laughter making for a special afternoon together.

It's amazing how something as simple as painting nails can create such meaningful connections and brighten everyone's day. 💖

🐠 Help Us Bring a Freshwater Aquarium to Our Senior Care Home! 🐠

Our senior care home is looking to adopt a freshwater aquarium (ideally 20 gallons) along with any fish that may be in need of a new home.

We would love to provide our residents with the opportunity to enjoy the beauty and tranquility that an aquarium can bring. If you have a tank and fish that you can no longer care for, please consider donating them to our home where they can be appreciated and cared for.

Your donation would help create a more vibrant and enriching environment for our residents while providing your fish with a caring new home.

On May 21, Tabor Village residents, staff, and volunteers came together for Mill Lake Day.

Residents enjoyed a picnic lunch, bocce ball, bean bag toss, a visit from students from St. Ann's and St. James Elementary Schools, and of course, a walk around the lake. More than anything, it was an opportunity to spend time together, enjoy the outdoors, and connect with one another in a beautiful setting.

There’s something special about the way a puppy can bring people together. 🐶

Last week, our residents at Tabor Court spent time cuddling and connecting with some very affectionate four-legged visitors. For many seniors, interactions with animals can help reduce feelings of stress and loneliness while encouraging meaningful social connection.

What may look like a simple puppy visit is often much more than that, a chance to slow down, share stories, and enjoy a moment of comfort and connection.

Thank you to our furry guests, we’re already looking forward to the next visit. 🐾

This Seniors Week, our residents enjoyed live music, games, time in the garden, visits with MEI students, the excitement of welcoming duck eggs in an incubator and so much more!

We're feeling especially grateful for the support of and their generous donation to our Spring Seniors Gardening Program! 🌱🌻

This support helps create meaningful opportunities for seniors to connect with nature, enjoy time outdoors, and experience the joy of nurturing something from seed to bloom. Gardening offers so much more than beautiful plants, it fosters social connection, supports emotional well-being, and gives participants a sense of pride and ownership in the spaces they help create and care for.

We are grateful to for helping us cultivate not only gardens, but community purpose and belonging.
