Tabor Village A vibrant community where seniors and their families experience Care from the Heart. We are an affiliate of the Fraser Health Authority.

Tabor Village is a "Campus of Care" including Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Complex Care. INDEPENDENT HOUSING AT TABOR MANOR
Tabor Manor has 38 rental apartments at affordable prices. Tenants may choose to access a variety of services including hairdressing services, light housekeeping, food services, personal care, and more. ASSISTED LIVING AT TABOR COURT
Tabor Court has 88 subsidized suites accessed through the Fraser Health Authority, and 16 suites which are privately rented. There are many amenities available to tenants, including an on-site convenience shop, hair salon, bistro, chapel, library, and guest dining areas. Services include flat linen laundering & light housekeeping, daily lunch and dinner in the dining room with coffee and snacks in between, personal care assistance available 24 hours a day, Licensed Practical Nursing staff on site daily, and a wide variety of scheduled leisure and recreational opportunities. Tabor Home is a 118 bed complex care facility. All 118 beds are accessed through Fraser Health Authority. Many services are provided to residents of Tabor Home, including 24 hour nursing and personal care services, a special care environment for residents with Alzheimer’s and other dementias, daily dining service with menu choices, housekeeping and laundry services, supervised social activities, exercise programs, crafts, bus trips, and more. It's Mennonite Heritage Week! 🩵

We were so blessed to start the week off with an amazing performance at Tabor Court by Calvin Dyck and Carmen Hollett! 🎶

Our residents thoroughly enjoyed the music, and we're so grateful for the time and talent they shared with us. What a wonderful way to celebrate our heritage!

🎉🍨Happy 100th Birthday to Kitty!! ✨

Last Thursday, we had the sweetest celebration at Tabor Court as we celebrated Kitty's 100th birthday with an Ice cream party! 🥳🎂

It was such a special afternoon spent celebrating Kitty and the incredible milestone of 100 years. Surrounded by friends, familiar faces, and plenty of love, we were so happy to make this day a memorable one. 🩵

Please join us in wishing Kitty a very Happy 100th Birthday! We feel so lucky to celebrate this incredible milestone together and to be part of such a special moment.

🌿 A Relaxing Day Krause Berry Farms & Winery 🧇🍓

Our residents recently enjoyed a lovely outing to Krause Farms, filled with fresh air, beautiful surroundings, and of time to simply slow down and enjoy the moment.

We took a relaxed walk around the grounds before settling in for coffee and the most mouth-watering waffles topped with fresh strawberries and whipped cream. ☕🧇🍓

A peaceful outing, delicious treats, and wonderful company. What more could we ask for? ✨

🍦Sweet Afternoon at Valhaven! 🎶

We had a great afternoon at Valhaven today with an Ice Cream Social and music from the very talented Dave Hornung! Some of the fan favorites he played for us included Que Sera Sera, and Paino Man. We even had a little dancing 💃🏻

There's no better way to end the summer than with good music, ice cream and friends. ☀️

🎨 Getting our paint on! 🖌️🩵

Our residents are having so much fun in their weekly painting classes with Art & Design by Salma Shami! We've had so much fun choosing our colours and learning about shading and patterns.

We can't wait to show you our creations at our annual Art From the Heart event on October 29. More details to come. Save the date! 🎨🩵

🚗✨ Throwback to the amazing car show we recently had at Tabor Court! ✨🚗

Our residents had such a wonderful time checking out the incredible cars, chatting with the owners, and sharing stories and memories along the way.

A huge thank you to who organized the entire event! We're so grateful for the opportunity to spend time together and create meaningful connections through shared interests. 🩵

🌽☀️ Enjoying the last days of summer!

Tabor home and Valhaven residents had a great time husking corn for dinner tonight, while Tabor Court tenants enjoyed the great outdoors with a delicious corn roast! 🌽

Another big thank you to Francisco for making another guest appearance as our BBQ chef! 🔥

Nothing better than fresh corn, good food, and enjoying the last bit of summer together! 💛

🌞🍔 Last Thursday was our annual Summer BBQ at Tabor Village, and what a day it was! 🍿

Our residents, families, friends, staff and volunteers came together for a day of fun, sunshine and community, with burgers, popcorn, a dunk tank, kids corner, petting zoo and karaoke! 🌻🎤

We were so grateful for the amazing community support that made the day extra special:

🥫Archway Food Bank joined us for a food drive
🚓 Abbotsford Police Department joined with a booth and gorgeous police cruiser

💦 brought the fun with their dunk tank

🎨 Serena G Artistry - Vancouver face painter added some colourful fun with amazing face painting

🐐 Cinema Zoo brought some adorable animal friends for everyone to enjoy

🎶 Jennifer Diamond Band kept us entertained with amazing music!

🩰 LOFT Studios Inc. held a bottle drive to support their dance scholarship program

🪴 Residents table sold residents arts, crafts and plants to support our caring heart fund

What a wonderful way to celebrate another year together in the community we call Tabor. 🩵

🎉🎂 Wishing a huge HAPPY BIRTHDAY to all our residents at Valhaven Home celebrating August burthdays! 🎂🎉

We had so much fun celebrating yesterday with live music, dancing and lots of smiles.
