At Surf Lodge Nursing Home, CUPE-represented staff recently presented management with hanging baskets as a thank you for their leadership and dedication throughout the strike period.

It was a thoughtful gesture that reflects the teamwork, professionalism, and shared commitment to Residents that continue to define our Homes.

CUPE-represented team members at all five impacted MacLeod Cares homes will return to work on June 14, marking an important step toward a return to normal operations.

We are thankful to Residents, families, volunteers, staff, and community partners for their patience and support throughout this period, and especially grateful to our team members for their dedication to Resident care.

A wonderful first Walk for Alzheimer’s at Annapolis Royal Nursing Home!

Residents, staff, and community members came together on Saturday to enjoy the outdoors, raise awareness, and support an important cause. Thanks to their efforts and the generosity of donors, more than $700 was raised for the Alzheimer Society of Nova Scotia.

Thank you to everyone who participated and to the team members who helped organize this meaningful event. 💙

Yesterday, team members from MacLeod Cares Clinton View Lodge and South Shore Villa were proud to sponsor a hole at the Kensington Area Chamber of Commerce Golf Tournament. ⛳

Our team enjoyed connecting with golfers and members of the community while handing out homemade cookies that were a big hit throughout the day.

Thank you to the Kensington & Area Chamber of Commerce for organizing a great community event!
