The clinic is taking a little break.

Our team is sneaking away for an extra-long weekend to rest, recharge, and practice a little of the self-care we so often encourage others to prioritize.

We hope you can find a moment to do the same, whether that's getting outside, slowing down, spending time with people you love, or simply taking a well-deserved break.

We'll be back on Thursday, July 2, refreshed and ready to welcome you. Wishing everyone a safe and relaxing long weekend!

Different backgrounds. Different stories. One shared goal: creating spaces where people feel supported and understood.

Throughout Men's Mental Health Month, we wanted to take a moment to introduce some of the people who help make IronMind go round.

These are a few of our favourite shots from a recent team photoshoot. They're a little unconventional, but we loved them. They felt a little more human and a little less corporate, so we thought we'd share them.

Fun fact: while most of our content is shared in English, much of our team is actually French-speaking, and support is available in both languages.

Lately, we've been wondering if we should start creating more content in French.

What do you think?

We often talk about what happens to women while raising a family (and rightly so).

But let's talk about something we don't discuss as often:

The invisible truths of fatherhood.

The father who works longer hours.

The father who quietly carries the financial pressure.

The father who feels responsible for everyone else's well-being while neglecting his own.

The father who puts his dreams on hold because the mortgage still needs to be paid.

The father who wonders if he's truly happy in his career but feels he can't afford to ask the question.

The father who stays strong because he believes that's what his family needs.

We often tell men that we want them to open up.

But what happens when they do?

What happens when a father admits he's exhausted, discouraged, worried about money, or uncertain about the path he's on?

What happens when he says he doesn't feel fulfilled in his career, that he misses parts of himself, or that he's struggling under the weight of expectations?

Those conversations can make people uncomfortable.

Because many men learn early that their value is tied to what they provide, not who they are.

Many were taught to provide, protect and persevere.

Few were taught how to ask for help.

Behind many strong fathers is a level of pressure, sacrifice, worry and loneliness that often goes unseen.

This Father's Day, let's celebrate fathers not only for what they do, but for who they are.

Human beings with needs, fears, hopes, dreams and struggles of their own.

Because the invisible truth of fatherhood is that many fathers spend their lives carrying everyone else while quietly wondering who would carry them.

Happy Father's Day to the dads, stepdads, grandfathers and father figures who continue showing up, day after day.

This weekend reminded us that people are looking out for each other more than we sometimes realize.

We've spent the last few days reading your comments, seeing who you've been thinking about, and watching this community grow in a way we never expected.

Thank you for showing up.

Thank you for the conversations.

And thank you for helping us build a place where people feel a little less alone.

Wishing everyone a good week ahead.
