Meditation doesn’t have to take you away from what is happening around you. It can help you find your centre within the movement of it all.

You don’t need to stop every thought, create perfect stillness or arrive somewhere else. You can close your eyes, return to your breath and notice what is already here.

From that centred state, gratitude can become more than a thought. It can become something you feel, like a softening of the heart, a shift in how you see and a deeper awareness of the beauty around you.

And when you feel ready, you can open your eyes and meet the world from there 👁️✨👁️

There are moments in life when we are meant to gather, to slow down, breathe, and remember who we are beneath the noise of everyday life. Together, in community.

Over the past several months, Khalid and I have been creating something that has quietly grown from our hearts and within our close friend circles. We’re so excited to finally share it with you.

Why “Synergy”?
Synergy is the coming together of people, music, energy, and intention to create something greater than we could experience alone. Together we remember, reconnect, and create space for healing, joy, and authentic community. These gatherings are open to men and women and couples are warmly encouraged.
This September, we’ll be offering Sunday afternoon Synergy Circles as an energy reset, with meditation, music, gentle energy work, sound, movement, reflection, and connection.
