Growth rarely happens in a straight line. There are days when progress feels empowering, and days when it feels exhausting. Sometimes the work of healing means sitting with uncomfortable emotions, challenging old patterns, or facing parts of yourself you’ve spent years protecting.

Those difficult moments don’t mean you’re moving backward. They often mean you’re doing the work.

Be gentle with yourself when the process feels heavy. Healing isn’t measured by how easy it feels, it’s measured by your willingness to keep showing up, one step at a time 🤍

Healing isn’t always loud.
Sometimes it looks like:
• saying what you really think
• not shrinking yourself to keep the peace
• allowing yourself to be fully seen
• trusting that your voice deserves space too

Growth can feel uncomfortable when you’ve spent years making yourself smaller for others. But discomfort doesn’t mean you’re doing it wrong, it often means you’re doing something new 🤍

You are allowed to take up space.

Grief isn’t something we “get over.”
It’s something we learn to live alongside.

The love remains.
The loss remains.
And slowly, we learn how to carry both with gentleness. 🤍

Mothers are often the ones holding everything together while quietly carrying so much themselves.

Today is a reminder that you deserve support too. 🤍

Happy Mother’s Day to every mother in every season of motherhood.

Today is National Child and Youth Mental Health Day 💚

Every child deserves to feel safe, heard, supported, and valued. Mental health challenges can affect children and teens in many different ways, emotionally, socially, academically, and within their relationships. Early support and connection can make a meaningful difference.

Creating spaces where young people feel comfortable expressing their thoughts and emotions helps build resilience, confidence, and emotional wellbeing.

Let’s continue encouraging open conversations, reducing stigma, and reminding children and youth that their feelings matter.

Mental Health Awareness Month 🩷

This month serves as a reminder that you never know what someone is going through and therefore you should choose kindness. Many struggles are silent or invisible. Be the light in someone’s life, not the reason they see darkness.

If you are someone who is struggling, please know your mental health matters today, and every day. Supporting your mental health doesn’t just benefit you, it also benefits your relationships, family, and makes daily life easier to manage.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month. 💚

Not every battle is visible. Some people are showing up every day carrying things you’d never see from the outside. Be kind. Be patient. You never know what someone is pushing through.

And to you—if you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, anxious, tired, or just not like yourself lately… you’re not alone. You don’t have to have it all figured out right now.

Rest when you need to. Speak kindly to yourself. Reach out if it feels heavy. Small steps are still progress.

Let’s make space for real conversations, real feelings, and real support—not just this month, but every day.

You’ve lived through hard chapters before.
You adapted, you grew, you kept going.

This chapter is no different, even if it feels that way right now. I want to remind you, that no matter what you are going through, there are so many chapters left to be written in your story 🩷

We don’t always treat mental health the same way we treat physical health.

We push through.
We minimize it.
We tell ourselves to “just get over it.”

But if this were physical pain, you’d likely respond differently.

Your mental health is just as real.
Just as important.
And just as deserving of care and support.

What if the thing you keep second-guessing… is actually the start of something meaningful?

Doubt has a way of showing up right when something matters. Not to stop you, but to try and protect you from worst case scenarios.

You don’t need perfect certainty to move forward.
Just a willingness to take the next step, even when it feels a little unsteady.

Growth rarely feels clear in the moment.
But that doesn’t mean you’re on the wrong path.

Maybe this is your reminder:
you’re allowed to move forward… even with doubt. When you find yourself in the cycle of doubt, I want to encourage you to shift it the other way. What if it all works out? What if it’s better than you ever imagined 🤍
