In May, I had the joy of working with an incredible group of new moms on the real foundations of a strong, supported core: alignment, breath, and coordination.
Learning how to actually connect to your deep core — what it is, why it matters, and how to use it.
Then they took it straight into their F45 workouts — breathing through the movements, staying tall, aligned, and connected rep after rep.
