If you dream small, you get small.

If you dream big, you get big.

You get what you think about all day long.

Do your thoughts expand you? or constrict you?

You were made from stardust. This beautiful fragment of universal energy. The universe expands out and so, your true nature inside of you is meant to expand.

When we constrict, or tighten it feels terrible because we are going against our own true nature of expansion.

As I learn this principal and learn how to expand within myself I can show you how to.

Your imagination holds all the limits.

Put it to pen and paper baby!

When we write it out, we express it out. All those pent up worries, and emotions inside of you can be processed on the page.

It’s not enough to think in your mind. Your thoughts are too fast to articulate and process. Writing it out gives space to articulate and reflect. It’s also a fantastic way to free your energy so you can authentically be present in your relationships.

Expressive writing has been shown to reduce symptoms of chronic irritable bowel and fibromyalgia symptoms in recent research studies.

We all do it.

I should be smarter.
I should be perfect by now.
I should be richer.
I should care.
I should pray.
I should clean the house.
I should workout.

Whatever comes after the I should always makes you feel wrong. This can create stress in your brain and nervous system leading to a host of body symptoms.
Often our I should runs deep into our sub conscious. That ok, all healing starts with awareness.
