✨ NEW Teen Empowerment Programs Launching September 2026! ✨

At CMHR, we believe every teen girl deserves a safe and supportive space where she can build confidence, develop meaningful connections, strengthen resilience, and discover her authentic self.

We're excited to introduce two new programs designed to support teen girls through the unique challenges and opportunities of adolescence.

πŸ’œ H.E.R. (Ages 12–14)
Heard. Empowered. Respected.

H.E.R. provides a supportive environment where early-teen girls can connect with peers, explore their identities, develop self-awareness, learn to navigate emotions and relationships, and build a strong, healthy relationship with themselves.

πŸ’™ UNFILTERED (Ages 15–18)
Real Conversations. Real Connections. Real You.

UNFILTERED creates space for honest conversations about the experiences teen girls face as they move toward adulthood. Participants are encouraged to explore who they are beyond expectations, social media, relationships, and external pressures.

🌿 Program Focus:
β€’ Mental Wellness
β€’ Personal Development
β€’ Confidence
β€’ Connection
β€’ Resilience
β€’ Life Skills

πŸ“… Programs begin September 2026.

Mental Health Fact of the Week

Everyone has mental health, and it's something we all need to care for. Mental health can change over time, just like physical health. Talking openly, seeking support when needed, and staying connected with others are important steps toward building resilience and well-being.

At Concepts in Mental Health & Resilience (CMHR), we believe that education, compassion, and conversation help create stronger individuals, healthier workplaces, and more connected communities.

πŸ’š Real Conversations. Real People. Real Mental Health.
