"Wellness Begins with Digestion"
As a Holistic Nutritionist I recognize that every human is biochemically different so no single thing will affect you in exactly the same way that it affects any other person. I look at the whole picture and help you find your path to wellness and balance, beginning with food but inclusive of exercise, mindfulness and spirituality. I am based in Brantford, Ontario, Canada (working out of my home office) where I balance caring for my four busy, active kids with maintaining as best I can a holistic chemical-free lifestyle for all of us. I offer a free initial consultation to explain the process & discuss your expectations to ensure this is the path you want to follow. This will be followed with an extensive health history questionnaire and a week long food journal for you to complete at home and return to me at your earliest convenience. From this information, I will be able to identify imbalances existing in your body systems and I will formulate an individualized nutritional and lifestyle program for you to follow and embark on a journey to a healthier you! We will discuss this at the next visit which will take between 1.5 - 2 hours. I also offer BIE services to rebalance body systems to help your body recover from various energetic imbalances from allergies to organ dysfunction. My service fees may be covered by some extended healthcare plans.
