The “health” and “wellness” industry speaks so loud and actually pulls them further away from listening to their own bodies.
With 12+ years in the profession, I’ve seen lots of things:
⁕ Forcing themselves into the ‘perfect’ posture
⁕ Stretching for EVERYTHING - even through pain
⁕ Ignore their stress and exhaustion
⁕ Waiting until they can’t function to take care of themselves
⁕ Chase the “quick fix” instead of consistency
Truthfully, your body doesn’t need more force put upon it.
You need better input, better recovery, better movement, and nervous system support that actually allows you to relax and let go.
Your body is constantly adapting to the environment you’re putting it in.
Small, consistent daily habits matter so much more than the occasional extreme effort.
✨ rest without guilt
✨ walking/movement
✨ seelp
✨ hydration
✨ stress management
✨ regular body work
✨ strength & mobilty work
Pain is very rarely about one thing.
The body works as a connected system of muscle, fascia, joints and the nervous system; stress, breathing, and movement patterns all affect each other.
The goal isn’t perfection,
The goal is resiliency
