We’re excited to share our newest service: Post-Operative Lymphatic Drainage!

Post-Operative Lymphatic Drainage is a specialized treatment designed to support your body’s healing process by encouraging healthy lymphatic flow, reducing swelling, and improving comfort following cosmetic and reconstructive procedures.

This treatment is ideal following procedures such as tummy tucks, liposuction, breast augmentation, breast reduction, and other cosmetic surgeries.

Treatments are gentle, focused on the surgical area while also addressing surrounding regions such as the legs to encourage healthy fluid movement.

We recommend booking your appointments before surgery to ensure availability, as the best results are typically achieved with weekly treatments for 6–8 weeks.

Treatment should only begin once you have been cleared by your surgeon. 🤎

When we opened our doors more than twenty years ago, we weren’t simply opening another massage clinic. We were bringing a vision to life.

We are excited to introduce one of our RMT’s, Courtney!

We asked her a few questions and this is what she had to say:

What inspired you to become an RMT?
I’ve always enjoyed helping people and was drawn to a career that combines hands-on care with health and wellness. I love being able to help clients reduce pain, improve their mobility, and feel more comfortable in their daily lives. Building relationships with clients and supporting them throughout their health journey is one of the most rewarding parts of being an RMT.

How long have you been practicing massage therapy?
I’ve been practicing massage therapy for 5 years

What’s your favorite massage technique to perform and why?
I enjoy working with therapeutic and deep tissue techniques because they allow me to address specific areas of tension and help clients achieve their treatment goals. It’s rewarding to see clients leave feeling better and moving more comfortably

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll usually find me running, strength training, or spending time outdoors. I enjoy staying active, setting new fitness goals, and spending quality time with my fiancé, family, and friends. I also love exploring new places and finding ways to maintain a healthy, balanced lifestyle

We are excited to introduce one of our RMT’s, Ali!

We asked her a few questions and this is what she had to say:

What inspired you to become an RMT?
Becoming an RMT clicked for me when I was quite young. As a competitive athlete I was always amazed that different therapists I saw had the ability to discover what was causing my pain and make it better. Experiencing that first hand made me want to provide that same experience for others.

How long have you been practicing massage therapy?I’ve been practicing as an RMT for 10 years

What’s your favorite massage technique to perform and why?
My favourite massage techniques include trigger point work and TMJ. Both TMJ dysfunction and chronic trigger points can cause os much daily discomfort and being able to give my clients noticable relief is incredibly rewarding.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Outside of the clinic I love to lift weights and workout, as well as unwind with a good book. My absolute favourite thing to do though is just spend time with my husband, 2 kids and our dog!
