Krystal, owner and operator here I've been on Mat Leave but will be doing some weekend projects coming up!

Any interest in another in person annual seasonal remedies talk this fall ?
Admission includes samples, pdf and video access or pay for video and files from our website in courses .

In person is much more engaging and attendees get take home samples!

Class covers history, folklore and remedies ranging from ancient China, medieval europe, early America, First nations, Acadian, Cape Breton and more !

Remedies and herbs are broken down into practical every day use for cold and flu season.

I could do this in November. Is a Saturday afternoon feasible? Cast your input below!

Sadly our holistic community on the south shore has lost a bright light and a true legend of osteopathic expertise.

Hi everyone, unfortunately Erica Poole passed away suddenly. I know many of us were graced by her presence in the community as a co worker, friend and provider. There is a go fund me to support the family at this difficult time.

I know so many of us have been graced by her presence and she has also helped an innumerable amount of our clients with young children. Again if you can help please donate. 🙏

Hey everyone Krystal here owner and operator of River Roots Wellness . I just had our baby July 27th and trying to figure out how to manage the free book bag shopping day River Roots Wellness. This will be our 4th year!



The drive day will need to be a Saturday or Sunday to allow families access to our lobby.

Also, this will be one of my first drives into town with the baby.

Thankfully I have some volunteers jumping in to help me set up and help families when I'm busy with the baby.

Its hectic but we have ample donation money to buy what kids need and I don't want to leave people hanging who need help.

Side note: any book bags or school items can be dropped at the porch at the farm to start if you have anything!! Fernwood Farm in Springfield

I will get a date soon and make and event link for community pages!
