We are so excited to welcome another incredible clinician to our team at The Village Wellness Services!

Please join us in welcoming Mackenzie Blagojevic, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), to The Village family. 💚

Mackenzie works with children, youth, and young adults who may be navigating challenges such as anxiety, emotional regulation, self-esteem, life transitions, and stress.

She offers a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow. Using approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and strengths-based therapy, Mackenzie helps young people build confidence, strengthen coping skills, and navigate life’s challenges with greater resilience.

Mackenzie is passionate about helping youth and young adults develop self-awareness, emotional wellness, and the tools needed to thrive — and we are thrilled to have her as part of our growing Village.

Don’t let social media trends define who you are or shape your understanding of yourself.

“Therapy talk” is everywhere right now—terms, labels, and self-diagnosis language can spread quickly online, but they don’t always reflect your full lived experience.

You do not have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. 🌿 Somewhere along the way, many adults learned that therapy is only for when things are falling apart. We see it differently. Therapy can also be prevention. You don’t need to wait until burnout, anxiety, relationship stress, panic, overwhelm, or exhaustion have completely taken over.

Sometimes therapy is about:

✨ Understanding patterns in relationships
