SACRAL CHAKRA 🧡
I don’t know about anyone else, but there is some serious Sacral Chakra energy moving around right now.
And apparently mine has decided to be LOUD. 🧡
Our bodies are calling to be nourished and nurtured.
Our souls are calling.
Our creativity is calling.
Our relationships are calling.
Our sensuality, pleasure, play and desire are calling.

This whole weekend I have been picking, prepping, chopping, cooking, baking, creating, preserving, storing and freezing food.
This is Sacral energy too.
CREATION.

Taking what the earth has given me and turning it into something that nourishes me. And maybe nourishment isn’t just about what we eat.
Maybe it’s asking:
What feeds my BODY?
What feeds my SOUL?
What feeds my CREATIVITY?
What feeds my RELATIONSHIPS?
What feeds my INNER CHILD?
What feeds the WOMAN in me?

The Sacral Chakra isn’t only about what we NEED.
It also asks a much more interesting question…
What do I WANT?
What brings me pleasure?
What makes me feel alive?
What do I want to create?
What do I want to experience?
What do I want to receive?

Sometimes we get so damn good at surviving, caregiving, working, producing and taking care of everybody and everything that we forget we’re also here to EXPERIENCE life.
To play.
To create.
To laugh.
To touch.
To taste.
To dance.
To flirt.
To make art.
To make love.
To make really freakin delicious carrot salad. 🥕🥕🥕

My inner child is calling to be fed, loved, nurtured, held and PLAYED WITH.
And my inner Goddess?
Ohhhh…she’s calling too.
She wants beauty.
She wants pleasure.
She wants creativity.
She wants connection.
She wants reciprocity.
She wants to inhabit this body and actually ENJOY being here.
And maybe that’s the invitation right now.

Not to become something new.
But to nourish what is beginning to come alive.

I feel.�I desire.�I create.�I receive.�I enjoy.

Feed your body.
Feed your creativity.
Feed your relationships.
Feed your inner child.
Feed your inner Goddess.
Feed the parts of you that are hungry for LIFE. 🧡

And apparently surround yourself with orange flowers and eat orange food because the Sacral Chakra isn’t particularly interested in subtlety. 🧡

We get LOTS of mixed signals about whether verbal & emotional abuse "count" as trauma. We don't like the idea that we can be "traumatized" without being touched.

Don't be gaslit— verbal & emotional abuse
ABSOLUTELY damage the nervous system. Especially over time.
