Laughter Yoga combines intentional, simulated laughter with deep breathing exercises to improve physical and emotional wellbeing. Some of the many benefits are reduced stress, boosting immune systems and overall mood and improved breathing.
Needless to say we had a silly good time at our first class with Nikki, a laughter yoga specialist. 😂
