The Path to Returning to Better Balance
Healing Overgiving, People-Pleasing, and Self-Abandonment
This two-part therapeutic women's circle is designed to foster healing, connection, reflection, and embodied growth.
Many women find themselves carrying significant emotional and practical responsibilities while neglecting their own needs. Over time, patterns of overgiving, people-pleasing, over-caretaking, and self-abandonment can lead to exhaustion, resentment, and disconnection from oneself.
This workshop series offers an opportunity to pause, reflect, and explore these patterns with compassion and curiosity.
Together, we will examine how family systems, cultural conditioning, societal expectations, and survival strategies shape our relationships with ourselves and others.
Topics Include:
• The roots of chronic overextending and emotional exhaustion
• Understanding the difference between nurturing and self-sacrifice
• Boundaries as an act of self-respect and self-love
• Reconnecting with rest, receptivity, and inner fulfillment
• How cultural conditioning and patriarchy influence women's relational patterns
• Moving beyond guilt, martyrdom, and depletion
• Caring deeply for others while also honouring yourself
• Practical and embodied tools for creating healthier balance
This workshop is intended for women seeking greater self-awareness, healthier relationships, and a more sustainable way of caring for themselves and those around them.
Space is limited. Link Above to RSVP!
