I am a Sacred Cacao Ceremonialist. 🌹🤎

Madre Cacao is sacred. She is medicine.

She is not an everyday hot chocolate dressed up with intention. She is not a wellness trend, an aesthetic, or something to be served simply because cacao ceremonies have become popular.

She deserves reverence. Respect. Love. Care. Honour.

I think we need to talk about some of the inauthenticity that has found its way into the cacao world.

“Ceremonial grade cacao” is not some universally regulated sacred designation. It has largely become marketing language used to sell cacao.

The ceremony is what is sacred.

The relationship, the preparation, the prayers is sacred.
The lineage and people behind the medicine matter.
The way she is grown, tended, harvested, crafted and carried matters.

The cacao I work with comes directly from a family in Peru who handcrafts it from bean to medicine; singing, dancing and praying with her throughout the process. There are hands, hearts, land, ancestry and devotion behind what eventually reaches mine.

I refuse to forget that. I refuse to treat Madre Cacao as though she begins when she reaches my ceremonial pot.

A cacao ceremony, to me, is a plant medicine ceremony. That means when I hold one, I have a responsibility.

To know the medicine I am serving.
To continue learning.
To understand her teachings.
To honour where she comes from.
To acknowledge the ancestral relationships that existed with cacao long before she entered modern spiritual spaces.
To prepare her with intention.
To hold the people receiving her with care.
And above all, to remain a student of the medicine myself.

🌿 So why do I hold cacao ceremonies?

Because Madre has a beautiful way of inviting us inward.

Back into the body, the heart, our being, this sacred vessel we were given as children of Creator.

My ceremonies aren’t here to promise you a breakthrough, healing, awakening or transformation.

Medicine doesn’t work through guarantees.

I create the container.
I bring the teachings.
I tend the medicine.
I guide the embodiment.
I honour what has been entrusted to me.

And then you set your intention and surrender, you listen, you allow yourself to meet what is already living inside of you.

You become open to what the ceremony, the medicine, your body and your own spirit may have to teach you.

Sometimes she whispers, or she cracks something open, or she simply asks you to sit still enough to finally hear yourself.

That is the medicine, that is why I serve her.

That is why I will continue to speak about the reverence, responsibility and honour that belong beside her name.

Madre Cacao is sacred.
May we remember how to treat her that way. 🤎🌹

🍂🌹 WILD WOMBEN ~ The Fall Journey 🌹🍂

September 12th, we gather again. Bare feet. Open hearts. Wild souls. Wombs remembered. 🔥🌿

There is something powerful that happens when women gather intentionally, when we step outside of the roles we carry every day and come back to the woman underneath it all.

This fall journey is an invitation to fill yourself back up. To reconnect with your womb, your inner power, your cycles, your intuition, your body, and the ancient wisdom that already lives within you. 🌙

We’ll gather in sisterhood to share, learn, laugh, connect, explore the wisdom of our cycles, and sink into beautiful, potent medicina that reminds us just how powerful it is to be a woman. 🌹🔥

Manifestation isn’t created through hustle.

It isn’t created through wishing harder.
It isn’t created by repeating affirmations you don’t yet believe.

It is created by the frequency your body is able to sustain.

When your nervous system softens…
When your heart opens…
When your body remembers that it is safe to receive…

You stop chasing the life you’re trying to create.

You become the person who naturally meets it.

That’s the work we’ll be doing together on 8/8.

Not manifesting from desperation.
Not manifesting from fear.
Not manifesting from the wounded self trying to prove something.

But from calm.
From presence.
From embodied power.

Because the Universe doesn’t simply respond to what you want.

It responds to the version of you that is ready to hold it.

If you’ve been feeling the quiet pull, this may be your invitation. 🦁✨

We’d be honoured to hold this portal with you.

The quiet integration of sooo many new learnings of self, sacred union, love & presence. 🕊️✨

My heart is beyond full, my body deeply nourished, and my soul is integrating all that has been unfolding.

As I prepare to head into ceremony, I can feel myself naturally becoming quieter, more introspective, more present, more curious about what is waiting to be revealed, remembered & received this weekend. 🌿

There is something sacred about honouring the moments when the soul asks us to turn inward. To tend to ourselves. To integrate before reaching for what is next. Because the wisdom we gather along the way is not meant to simply live within the mind as knowledge.

It is meant to be lived.
Felt.
Embodied.
And eventually, shared.

So much of what I teach has first moved through me.

Through my own body.
My own relationships.
My own shadows.
My own reclamation.
My own lived experience of learning what it means to come home to myself again and again.

I believe there is a sacred responsibility in that.

To not simply know something, but to become intimate with it. To live it deeply enough that when I bring it into the spaces I hold, it carries more than information. It carries embodiment.

Because the knowledge I receive, integrate & continue to deepen is sacred. Not only for my own becoming, but for those who find themselves within my work ready to take what resonates and embody it within their own unique journey. 🔥

This is taking care of self & soul.

And in tending deeply to myself, I deepen the medicine I am able to bring into the world.

All is well.
All is aligning.
And there is always more waiting to be remembered. 🤍✨

There is a state that exists beyond relaxation, rest, and regulation. It is a sacred kind of euphoria, where your body no longer feels like something you are constantly trying to manage, but somewhere you finally get to live.

After co-hosting Sacred & Sensual, a backyard ceremony devoted to healing the Divine Feminine, I can feel something that words can barely touch.

A threshold was crossed, not only within each woman who arrived with an open heart, but within the land itself and the lineages that came before us. A field was woven.

The earth witnessed our prayers, our breath, our laughter, our tears, our softness, and our voices returning. Nervous systems that had been bracing were finally invited to exhale.

There is something profoundly beautiful about being a space holder while also allowing yourself to be held by the very field you helped create. That is the reciprocity of sacred work.

When we gather with intention, healing does not move in only one direction. It ripples through every nervous system present, through the earth beneath our feet, and back into the hearts of those facilitating.

People often ask what healing feels like. Sometimes it feels like grief, shaking, rage, or deep rest. And sometimes it feels like standing barefoot in your backyard the morning after a ceremony, tea in hand, the breeze touching your skin, your heart overflowing, and your body completely at peace.

In that moment, you realize bliss was never something you had to chase. It arrived quietly because your nervous system finally believed it was safe enough to experience it.

This is what Sacred & Sensual is.

It is not only softness or pleasure. It is a body that trusts enough to receive both.

I truly believe that is one of the greatest gifts we can ever give ourselves.

Blooming was never about becoming someone new.

It was about remembering who you were before survival convinced you that you had to shrink.

A flower doesn’t question whether it’s worthy of opening.

It doesn’t compare its petals to the blossom beside it.
It doesn’t force itself to bloom before its roots are ready. It doesn’t apologize for taking up space.

It simply responds to the conditions within.

Humans have forgotten this.

We spend years trying to bloom by changing the outside, our bodies, our relationships, our achievements, our identities, while our roots are still asking for water.

Blooming isn’t the reward at the end of healing.

It is the healing.

It is every boundary that nourishes your roots.
Every truth that cracks open another layer of your heart. Every tear that softens the soil. Every shadow you finally stop running from.

The most breathtaking blooms are born from the darkest earth.

So if life feels like it’s burying you, perhaps it isn’t punishment. Perhaps Creator is planting you.

Trust your roots.

The blossom will arrive exactly when your nervous system believes it is finally safe to open.

And when it does, you won’t bloom to prove your worth.

You’ll bloom because remembering yourself leaves you no other choice.

🌸

Bloom slowly. Bloom honestly. Bloom from the roots, not the performance.

Your shadow was never created to punish you.

It was created to protect you, until protection became a prison.

The moment you find yourself asking,

“Why does this keep happening?”
“Why do I keep attracting this?”
“Why can’t I seem to break this pattern?”

that isn’t failure. It’s an invitation.

Your shadow gets louder when the lesson has become impossible to ignore. It doesn’t create chaos because it’s cruel. It creates enough friction that staying the same finally becomes more uncomfortable than changing.

The anxiety.
The repeating relationships.
The people-pleasing.
The self-abandonment.
The overthinking.
The shutdown.
The anger.

They’re not random.

They’re intelligent messengers asking you to turn inward instead of searching outward.

The shadow doesn’t want to run your life forever. It simply runs the show until you’re willing to sit beside it, listen without judgment, and ask, “What have you been trying to protect me from all this time?”

Because once the lesson is seen, once the wound is witnessed, once the protection is no longer needed. The shadow softens.

Not because you fought it, because you finally understood it.

Your soul has simply been waiting for you to come home to the part of yourself you’ve spent the longest avoiding.

That is where true reclamation begins.

What if stability isn’t something you find,

What if it’s something you create?

Not through perfection.
Not through rigid routines.
Not through controlling every outcome.

But through a relationship with yourself.

Some days, stability looks like structure.
Some days, it looks like softness.
Some days, it looks like resting.
Some days, it looks like courage.

The goal was never to become someone who is unaffected by life.
The goal is to become someone who can meet life without abandoning themselves.

When your mind, heart, body, and emotions begin speaking the same language, your nervous system no longer has to fight for safety, it begins to remember it.

Alignment isn’t a destination.
Misalignment isn’t failure.

They’re both invitations.

One shows you where you’ve returned home.
The other gently reveals where you’re still seeking yourself outside of yourself.

Your path won’t look like anyone else’s.
It isn’t meant to.

So today, instead of asking,
“Am I doing this right?”

Maybe ask,

“What does stability feel like in my body?”

That question alone has the power to change everything.

Lately I’ve been choosing to live a little more than I’ve been choosing to be on media.

My days have been filled with family, love, learning, beautiful clients, ceremony, and diving deeper into my Yin journey. It’s been simple, full, and deeply nourishing.

One thing this season has reminded me is that embodiment asks us to stop consuming for a moment and start becoming.

It’s one thing to receive the insight, have the breakthrough, attend the workshop, read the book, or experience the healing. It’s another thing entirely to integrate it into the way you wake up, love, communicate, rest, set boundaries, and move through your everyday life.

That’s where transformation takes root.

Integration isn’t the pause between healing experiences. It is the healing. It’s allowing what you’ve learned to become who you are, until it no longer feels like something you’re trying to practice, it simply becomes the way you live.

This season has been exactly that for me. Less striving. More embodying. Less asking, “What’s next?” and more asking, “How deeply can I live what I already know?”

And honestly, there’s something incredibly sacred about that.

Here’s to building lives that don’t just look beautiful from the outside, but feel deeply aligned from the inside.
