Shoulder pain that comes and goes is easy to ignore.
It only hurts on certain movements. It feels manageable. You tell yourself it'll sort itself out.
But here's what often happens. A small issue that gets dismissed has a way of quietly becoming a bigger one. What starts as occasional discomfort can develop into something that limits your training, your work, or your daily life.
Overhead athletes, swimmers, and anyone who uses their arms a lot are especially prone to this pattern.
A physiotherapy assessment can help identify what's actually going on before it gets to that point.
