When booking your massages with me, you now have 2 locations to choose from.

Calmar or Leduc.

I am lucky enough to spending 1-2 days a week in Leduc at starting this week.

Friday evenings and Saturdays will still be in Calmar at my home on the weekends my kids are not at home.

Schedule has been reduced so I encourage you to book your appointments in!

I am so excited to be teaching Friday mornings for at the program centre for the month of June. Be sure to head on over and grab your pass.

Massage appointments are staying through my booking system. I am currently not taking any new massage clients for the summer to make sure I can see my current clients on my reduced schedule.

10k Calmar Crew!

Great job to everyone who came out to the Loop the Lake event! It was so great to see so many of the Calmar residents and Run Club members out supporting a great cause and chasing their goals.

One whole year ago we moved into what we currently know as Wild Summit Co.

I had NO CLUE the amount of fun we were going to have, how it would evolve and what this community was going to be and need.

Ultimately, it’s been a healing year for me. Reclaiming a side of my life that had been crushed during the pandemic and it felt so good to step into the shoes of studio owner again.

However, our lifestyle has changed a lot, even in this last year. I worked around many ideas of how best to keep up with all the goals I’m working towards, and all the hats i choose to wear and I am so happy with outcome of many brain storming sessions.

🖤 One of the greatest things I’ve always loved about being a business owner is watching women around me come into their own talents and passions. Watching with SOAR in her program development, yoga teaching and business leading has been wonderful to collaborate with.

I am so happy to share that AS OF June 1st Joslyn and her business will be taking over the class schedule of all Pilates and Yoga. I can’t wait to see what she does, how it grows and to be teacher for her on Friday mornings ✌️

We are so grateful to have teaching with us. Her🌶️ Pilates Classes and gentle yoga has been instrumental in creating a place of joy.

With summer right around the corner (we hope) Kate is slowing down her schedule and looking forward to spending more time with family.

Kate’s last classes are TONIGHT and we hope you will join her for her final Pilates and Yin&Meditation Class.

May 9th we will be hanging out at Kids Sport Leduc County Fundrasier. Lots of us are running or walking the 10k and I’d love to see you there!

📣 Heads up! We are about to get real annoying with how much you’re going to see stuff about the 1000 Mile event.

Date: September 12th
Time: 10am-4pm

Goal: hitting that 1000 Mile Mark collectively.

Last year we had 114 racers, some fast…. Some on very little legs. Some who picked up a good walking pace and just KEPT GOING!

We managed to hit 619 Miles in total.
Between this event, and the Winter Gala we have raised 23,336 towards our PUMP TRACK dreams.

Last year we had no clue how this was going to go, and it was the most amazing day.

THIS YEAR we are so excited to bring this event back, with some new improvements and collaborations up our sleeves. 👕

My personal goal to have 200 people out on that track and I hope you will join us. 🖤
