Food is meant to nourish us, but for many people, it can also become a source of stress, anxiety, guilt, or shame.
If you find yourself struggling with emotional eating, binge eating, food anxiety, chronic dieting, or body image concerns, you are not alone.
Our Transform Your Relationship with Food program is a structured, evidence-based 20-session recovery program designed to help you build a healthier relationship with food, strengthen emotional coping skills, and create lasting, sustainable change.
Led by Lauryn Kuzyk, MACP, CCC, this program incorporates evidence-based approaches, including training in Enhanced Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Eating Disorders (CBT-E) through the Centre for Research on Eating Disorders at Oxford University.
Through this program, participants will work toward:
🔷 Greater confidence around food
🔷 Improved emotional coping skills
🔷 Reduced guilt, shame, and anxiety
🔷 A healthier relationship with their body
🔷 Sustainable habits that support long-term well-being
Only 25 participant spaces are available.
We invite you to book a FREE Meet & Greet Consultation with Lauryn to learn more about the program, ask questions, and explore whether it is the right fit for you. Or sign up immediately with an email to:
