The Clinton Family Health Team consists of an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers. Our team includes 7 Family Physicians, 3 Nurse Practitioners, 6 Registered Nurses, 5 Registered Practical Nurses, Social Worker, Mental Health Worker, Dietitian, Psychologist, and Pharmacist. We also have numerous Medical students and residents working with our team. The Clinton Family Health Team service

s the Clinton, Bayfield, Blyth, Goderich area with patients coming from as far as Walkerton, London and Stratford. We have been operating as a Family Health Team since August 2006.
