One of the most beautiful and bittersweet parts of this work is watching families flourish.

There comes a point when our clients don’t really need us clinically anymore. The appointments become less frequent, the questions become fewer, and before you know it, the tiny babies you once weighed in your hands are smiling, growing, and thriving in the arms of confident parents.

As midwives, we are invited into such a sacred chapter of people’s lives. We witness the uncertainty, the strength, the transformation, and then we step back as families find their own rhythm.

It’s exactly what we hope for, and somehow it still tugs at the heart every time.

Seeing these twins growing so beautifully reminds me that while our role may be temporary, the privilege of walking alongside families during those early days stays with us forever. 🤍 *posted with permission*

We’re offering a limited number of one-on-one virtual sessions with Dr. Sheila Wijayasinghe to support you through menopause and all the changes that come with it.

This is a space to ask questions, be heard, and receive care that meets you where you’re at, whether you’re navigating symptoms, looking for guidance, or just wanting to understand your body better.

TTN Midwifery is hosting a 2-day wrap-around moccasin making workshop alongside Early Years & AHBHC at the TTN Youth Centre. Participants will learn how to create baby moccasins by hand while gathering in community, sharing stories, skills, and laughter together.
