A big thank you to everyone that came out to Family day at mountainview, we had such a lovely time. The residents absolutely loved seeing family and friends! Special thank you to Keith Ken & Terry for the Live Music, it was awesome as usual!

We look forward to doing this again soon!

Dart days are one of our favorites!!

We had another fun afternoon of Darts, it is always so nice to see the crowd have fun and a few laughs! This week we had a newer resident Roslyn Bennett (One of our left handed Pattys) had a great 2 dart finish in her second time coming to Darts!! Everyone started cheering and yelling like we just won the championship!

And that is the beauty of this, little friendly competition and to cheer for your buddies!

🎢 Talk about taking exercise to the next level!

After spending time staying active together, our Mountain View residents got to see themselves on the ride of a lifetime. Using AI, their photos were transformed into roller coaster adventures, complete with big drops, sharp turns, and lots of excitement.

The results? Plenty of laughter and smiles all around! 😄❤️

🎶Another absolutely amazing evening with The Griffin Boys this week 🎶

they always have the building Rocking and Rolling when they come perform for the residents! One of the best nights at Mountainview as you can see from all the dancers and smiles!

We had such a fun day celebrating Canada day, from music to snacks and all the accessories needed to have a great Canada day!

We had a BBQ for supper and even the downpour couldn't stop the residents from getting their Burgers and Hot Dogs 🎉

Nothing like a good ol game of Darts on a rainy day. We had a good crew today and we even had a finish on one of the "Harder Doubles" in Double 1!! Way to go Shirley Marie Jones, looking forward to next week to see if another resident can finish a game! Will it be Shirley's time to shine again?

Residents enjoyed a wonderful afternoon of live music with Mr. James Skarnikat from Jimmy’s Classic Radio Show in Ontario! 🎶✨
His visit filled the room with great tunes, familiar favourites, and plenty of toe-tapping moments.

The rain yesterday may have kept us from heading out to the courtyard for some gardening, but the fun continued inside!

We traded flower pots for darts and enjoyed a little friendly competition instead! Here is our sharp shooter of the day, Mildred Pike, with an amazing score of 120 — featuring a double 19, triple 19, and a semi bullseye… possibly one of the highest scores we’ve ever seen! 👏🎯

Way to go, Mildred! Keep that throwing arm warmed up for the next game! 💙
