The tanks were emptied, salt replenished, walls painted, repairs tackled, couches taken apart, surfaces steam cleaned, grout refreshed, silicone redone… and every little corner got some love.

A few very full days behind the scenes, all to keep Flow State feeling clean, calm, cared for, and ready for you.

And we’re OPEN again tomorrow! 💙

A little behind-the-scenes of the work that keeps Flow State flowing. 🤍
Annual big maintenance days! Tanks emptied. Everything checked, cleaned, scrubbed and reset.

I floated four times this week… my body needed it.

And somewhere between float one and float four, I started noticing the difference. Less pain. A quieter mind. Better sleep. More space to just… be.
Each float was so different, some quick to settle and some not. One sleepy, the rest wide awake.

Sometimes you don’t realize how much you’re carrying until you put it down for an hour. 🤍

8,112 floats. đź’™

Every person who has walked through our doors has become part of our story. Thank you for trusting us with your rest, your healing, your recovery, and your quiet moments.

We never take that trust for granted.

Here’s to 8,112 floats… and to many more together. 🤍

Kids can float, too. 🤍

Floating can be a beautiful experience for children, especially when they’re introduced to it with curiosity and no pressure.

Our double float room allows a parent to float right alongside their child, creating a calm, reassuring experience together. Before every session, our float facilitators will walk you through everything, answer your questions, and help your family feel comfortable from the moment you arrive.

Every child experiences floating differently, and that’s exactly how it should be. Some float the whole session, some chat, some get in and out a few times, and some simply take their time exploring. We keep the process flexible because we know children are still learning, and there’s no “right” way to float.

If you’ve been wondering whether your little one might enjoy floating, we’d love to help you decide if it’s a good fit. Reach out with any questions, we’re always happy to chat.

A person is more than what they can produce at work.

How we feel in our bodies. How present we are with the people we love. Whether we have the capacity to rest, reflect, connect, move, create, or simply be still.

These are markers of a meaningful life too.
Taking care of yourself is not about becoming more efficient. It is about making space to come back to yourself.

Floating is not a replacement for mental-health care. It is simply one low-stimulation place to pause, rest, and step away from the noise for a while.
