I have some exciting news to share!

After spending the past few weeks teaching courses throughout Europe, I also had the opportunity to become a student again by studying Spinal Flow Technique in Barcelona.

I was immediately drawn to this gentle and fascinating technique. While Craniosacral Reflexology works with the nervous system through the feet, Spinal Flow communicates with the body directly through the spine and vertebrae. Both approaches honour the body's innate intelligence and support the release of stress and blockages stored within the nervous system.

I'm excited to begin integrating Spinal Flow Technique into my practice at IZ Reflex, offering another gentle way to help the body restore balance and well-being. More information about this new modality will be coming soon!

The learning doesn't stop there! This summer I'll also be presenting a three-part webinar series with the Reflexology Association of California. The webinars are open to practitioners around the world, so if you've been curious about Craniosacral Reflexology, I would love for you to join us.

Hello!

For those who are new here, I wanted to take a moment to reintroduce myself.

I’m Ildiko, founder of IZ Reflex.

For many years, I’ve been supporting clients through Craniosacral Reflexology — a gentle approach that works deeply with the body’s natural ability to self-regulate and heal.

My work has been shaped by years of study, including nearly a decade learning alongside Dr. Martine Faure-Alderson, and by a deep curiosity to understand the body beyond technique — through presence, listening, and an expansion of consciousness to support deeper healing.

IZ Reflex was created as a space to support people of all ages in reconnecting with their body, finding balance, and allowing the body to do what it naturally knows how to do.

Alongside my clinical work, I’ve also been teaching since 2013 through the Academy of Craniosacral Reflexology, sharing this approach with students in Canada and Europe.

I’m so grateful to share this space with you.
