Meal prep doesn’t have to be a chore. 🥗

Investing a little time on the weekend can set you up for a smoother, healthier week.

Whether it’s chopping veggies, prepping grains, or portioning out your favourite healthy snacks, having things ready to go is the ultimate wellness hack.

Tips for success:

Focus on easy combos: Think fresh greens with protein, or healthy wraps that can be assembled in seconds.

Batch-cook proteins: At the start of the week, cook a large batch of chicken breasts, roast chickpeas, or hard-boiled eggs. They’re versatile enough to be tossed into salads, wraps, or grain bowls at a moment’s notice.

The “wash and chop” rule: As soon as you get home from the store, wash and chop your produce. If veggies are ready to eat and easily visible in the fridge, you’re more likely to choose them over processed snacks.
