Even after 30+ years of massage...the learning curve continues. I had another fantastic weekend learning...this time Rapid lower body. So many insights how to treat pain to yield immediate relief of pain.

I will be gradually integrating these techniques into my treatment plans for even better patient outcomes.

Today is the day! The Riders are geared up & the official 2026 Kids with Cancer Society Tour of Hope!

Over the next five days, these amazing cyclists will tackle a 580+ km route from Athabasca to Ft. Saskatchewan to support the brave children fighting cancer as well as their families.

Proud supporter... & Riders, may the winds be at your back for your entire journey!

My client base covers a broad range from young kids in sports to the active elderly.

Today's patients are pork back ribs & yellow mustard with a blended spice rub. Slight tension was noted btwn the ribs.

After treatment & an overnight rest, they will hit the smoker tomorrow.
