A Message from Jannah
To my clients, past, present, and future...
Lately I've been reflecting on just how far this journey has come.
Nearly seven years ago, Haas Physical Therapy began as a dream with one physical therapist in Melville, Saskatchewan. Since then we've moved to Emerald Park, opened our Rochdale location, grown into a multidisciplinary team, and recently became Haas Healthβa name that better reflects the vision we've been working toward all along.
I truly never imagined we'd grow into what we are today.
None of this would have been possible without the incredible trust and support of our patients, our community, and our amazing team. Every referral, every kind word, and every person who has chosen us for their care has helped shape Haas Health into what it is today. For that, I am incredibly grateful.
As our team continues to grow, I've come to realize that my role is changing too.
Over the past several months I've been balancing a full clinical caseload while also hiring, mentoring, onboarding new clinicians, expanding our services, and working behind the scenes to build the kind of clinic I've always envisioned. It's been exciting, but it's also become clear that I can't give 100% to both roles at the same time.
Because of that, I've made the difficult decision to pause accepting new physical therapy clients for the time being. I will absolutely continue caring for my current clients, but this change will allow me to spend more time supporting and mentoring our growing team, developing new programs, and ensuring that every person who walks through our doors receives the care and experience Haas Health strives to provide.
The good news is that this isn't about reducing access to careβit's actually the opposite. Thanks to the incredible growth of our team, we have more clinicians than ever before and are able to welcome new patients for physical therapy. While I may not be taking on new clients personally, Haas Health continues to have availability, and I couldn't be more confident in the exceptional team caring for our community.
One of the greatest joys has been watching the clinicians around me continue to grow. I'm especially excited that pelvic health services continue to expand, with Shivangi now offering pelvic health physiotherapy in Emerald Park and Dee providing pelvic health physiotherapy in Rochdale. Our orthopaedic team has also grown tremendously, and I have complete confidence in the outstanding care provided by Varun, Dee, Nikita, Jared, Shivangi, and Zeel. I know they'll care for our patients with the same compassion, professionalism, and commitment that Haas Health was built on.
People often ask me what I want Haas Health to become.
My answer has never really changed.
I want it to be a place where people feel heard. Where healthcare isn't rushed. Where we look after the whole personβnot just a diagnosis. Where our recommendations are grounded in evidence, but always tailored to the individual sitting in front of us. And where our team genuinely works together because we believe people deserve that kind of care.
Those values will always be at the heart of everything we do.
Thank you for allowing me to be part of your healthcare journey, and thank you for continuing to support ours. I don't take that trust for granted. Every person who has walked through our doors over the past several years has helped shape Haas Health into what it is today, and for that, I will always be grateful.
I feel incredibly fortunate to do what I love every day, and I can't wait to see what this next chapter brings for Haas Health.
With gratitude,
Jannah Haas π
P.S. If you've been thinking about starting physical therapy, don't hesitate to reach out. Our growing team has availability, and we'd be honoured to be part of your healthcare journey.
