Hi everyone, I’m Kelly, the face behind Haven Medi-Spa. 💞

I’m a proud wife, mom to three amazing children, and someone who truly loves helping people feel confident, cared for, and beautiful.

Before opening Haven, I spent 20 years serving in the Canadian Armed Forces. After retiring a few years ago, my husband and I knew we wanted to come home to beautiful Nova Scotia, settle down, and follow the dream we had always talked about, which was creating a space of my own where people could feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for.

What truly brings me happiness is being able to positively impact people’s lives, even in the smallest ways. I love welcoming clients into the comfort of my home and making sure they leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, confident, and genuinely cared for.

This business means so much more to me than treatments and services, it’s about connection, trust, kindness, and helping people feel like the best version of themselves. 🫶🏻

To my amazing clients 🤍

I wanted to share that I’ll be taking a few weeks off in May for a personal surgery and recovery period. My schedule is more limited than usual because I’ve intentionally blocked this time to properly heal and rest.

As many of you know, I pour so much love into my work and into each of you, so making this decision wasn’t easy, but it’s something I’m doing for myself after years of motherhood, life, and putting everyone else first.

I’m so grateful for your patience, support, and understanding while I take this time. I’ll be back refreshed, healed, and so excited to see all of your beautiful faces again real soon. 🫶🏻
