One of the biggest mistakes I see after microneedling is people over treating their skin during healing 😭

If your skin feels red, hot, tight, dry, or burny after microneedling… that can be completely normal.

But what you put on your skin afterward matters A LOT.

Post treatment skin is temporarily more reactive and permeable, which means products you normally tolerate can suddenly become irritating.

This is why choosing the right moisturizer after microneedling is so important.

For the first few days after microneedling, I usually recommend keeping skincare extremely simple:
✔️ gentle cleanser
✔️ barrier supportive moisturizer
✔️ hydration
✔️ SPF

And avoiding:
❌ exfoliating acids
❌ retinoids
❌ fragranced skincare
❌ aggressive actives
❌ trying to speed up peeling

Sometimes the best skincare after microneedling is honestly just letting your skin heal in peace 🍅

Save this for your next microneedling appointment 👀

One of the biggest misconceptions around collagen stimulation is expecting dramatic overnight results ✨

Real collagen results are usually much more gradual than that.

What I typically see with treatments focused on collagen production and skin rejuvenation is:
✔️ healthier looking skin
✔️ smoother skin texture
✔️ improved crepey skin
✔️ firmer looking skin
✔️ better overall skin quality

And those changes usually happen progressively over time as the skin builds and reorganizes collagen.

This is why I tend to prefer more strategic, long term treatment planning focused on skin health and natural looking results rather than chasing constant dramatic transformation.

Some of my favorite treatments for collagen support include:
🩸 PRP/PRF
✨ microneedling
💉 biostimulators
💧 skin boosters

Because for me, the best collagen results are usually the ones that still look completely natural 🤍

If your adult acne seems to improve for a week then flare all over again, your skin may be stuck in an inflammation cycle 🔥

Adult acne treatment often needs a much more strategic, long-term approach focused on skin health and inflammation support.

This is where treatments like:
✨ microneedling
✨ PRP/PRF
✨ LED therapy
✨ regenerative aesthetics
✨ medical-grade skincare
can become really helpful tools when used appropriately.

If your skin feels reactive, inflamed, or chronically “angry,” feel free to send me a message or book a consult 🤍

PRP skin treatments are one of my favorite options for supporting collagen stimulation and long-term skin rejuvenation ✨

Unlike filler, PRP and PRF treatments are focused on improving the quality of the skin itself.

These treatments can help support:
🩸 collagen production
🩸 skin texture + tone
🩸 under-eye quality
🩸 fine lines
🩸 inflammation support
🩸 hair restoration

One of the biggest misconceptions about PRP treatments for skin is expecting instant results.

Collagen takes time to build and reorganize. Which is why PRP and PRF are usually best for people looking for gradual, natural-looking improvement and healthier skin over time.

I especially love pairing PRP/PRF with:
✨ microneedling
✨ regenerative skin treatments
✨ medical-grade skincare
✨ long-term collagen stimulation plans

The goal is healthier, stronger, more resilient skin that still looks completely natural 🤍

If you’ve been curious about PRP or PRF for skin rejuvenation or hair restoration, feel free to send me a message ✨

When it comes to aging skin, I usually focus far less on trends… and much more on long-term skin health ✨

The things I prioritize most are:
✔️ daily SPF
✔️ collagen support
✔️ skin quality
✔️ consistency
✔️ medical-grade skincare
✔️ treatments that support healthy skin function over time

This is why I love treatments like:
✨ microneedling
✨ PRP/PRF
✨ biostimulators
✨ regenerative skin treatments

Because healthy, resilient skin is usually built gradually through consistency and long-term planning.

Not through constantly changing routines or overloading the skin.

Natural-looking first-time lip filler using only 0.5mL 👄✨

This client came in wanting:
💋 more definition
💋 more shape
💋 stronger lower lip “pillows”
💋 a more pronounced cupid’s bow
💋 subtle, balanced volume without looking overdone

And honestly? This is where injector skill, technique, and product selection matter SO much.

Not every lip filler behaves the same, and not every lip should be treated the same way. Different lip anatomy, tissue quality, movement, and aesthetic goals all require different approaches.

For this client, I chose RHA3 strategically because she wanted noticeable structure and definition while still keeping the result balanced and natural looking with only 0.5mL.

A lot of people think lip filler is simply about adding volume, but beautiful results actually come from understanding anatomy, placement, facial balance, and choosing the right product for the person sitting in front of you 🤍

The goal was never “big” lips.
The goal was lips that suited her features beautifully and naturally.

If you’ve been thinking about lip filler but are nervous about looking overdone, I’d love to help guide you through a customized approach that fits YOUR anatomy and goals ✨

Adult acne after 40 is NOT the same as teenage acne ✨

Mature skin is often balancing:
• hormonal changes
• inflammation
• collagen loss
• redness/sensitivity
• slower healing

Which is why aggressively stripping the skin often backfires.

Depending on the skin, treatment may include:
✨ updated skincare
✨ microneedling
✨ PRP/PRF
✨ LED therapy
✨ regenerative treatments that support healthier skin function over time

The goal isn’t to punish the skin.
It’s to support healthier skin long-term 🤍

If your skin has changed over the last few years and nothing seems to work anymore, come see me and we’ll figure it out ✨

If you’ve tried all the most effective skincare products and your skin still isn’t changing, this is why.

It’s not just what you use.
It’s how everything is layered.

Most people are mixing good skincare, good facials, good treatments just not in a way that actually creates change.

Real results come from:
→ the right skincare routine
→ the right treatments
→ done in the right order, over time

That’s what creates a true skin transformation ✨

Not another product. Not another one-off facial.

If your skin feels stuck, it’s usually a strategy issue not a product issue.

I’ve put together a free skincare guide (with options for every budget) on my LinkedIn 💻
And if you want help building a plan that actually works for your skin, you can book with me 🤍

PRP is not a facial.
Which is exactly why it works 💉

If you’ve tried “all the right things” — facials, skincare, treatments — but your results never really last…

this is why.

Most treatments give your skin a temporary boost.
PRP works differently. It sends a signal for your skin to actually repair and rebuild.

✨ collagen support
✨ improved texture + tone
✨ calmer, stronger skin

But here’s what no one explains:

PRP is cumulative. One treatment = a signal, a series = actual change.

Because collagen builds slowly, in stages, not overnight.

So if your skin feels stuck, inconsistent, or like nothing is really working long-term, it may not be what you’re doing. It may be that your skin needs a different level of stimulation.

If you’re curious whether PRP is worth it for your skin, book a consult 💬 I’ll give you an honest plan (and tell you if something else makes more sense)
