Curious about Naturopathy?
Naturopathic Medicine is a system of less invasive natural therapies used to support and heal your body. It can be used alone or in tandem with medication from your family doctor or specialist. It can be used to heal from an illness or to support you in maintaining your good health with preventative medicine. The goal of naturopathy is to make you feel your best, not just "good enough". When we see patients our goals are your goals. We want every patient to experience mental clarity, 10/10 energy, good sleep, motivation, stable moods, and minimal discomfort from whatever typically throws off their day (that means no gas, bloating, cramping, pain, rashes, etc...) as they live their life to the fullest.

What can Naturopathic Doctors do?
Naturopathic Doctors are highly educated, regulated, Healthcare practitioners. They work to support your health in preventative and complementary ways using less invasive therapies like dietary counselling, lifestyle adjustments and habit building, supplementation guidance, botanical medicine, and physical medicine (acupuncture, cupping, laser therapy).
Relevant lab work (comprehensive blood work, hormone testing, or sensitivity testing) and a clinical assessment are used to determine the root issue that drives symptoms. This gives you a complete picture of your health and how to move forward so you can feel your best.

Not sure if Naturopathy is right for you? Book a free Meet and Greet with our naturopathic doctors to speak about your goals and concerns to determine the best fit for you!

We decided to start summer with something fun! Join Dr. Sam, and Paul from at on June 6 for a workshop that will help you create your own mini medicinal garden.

We will discuss a handful of herbs that are easy to grow and easy to use for common concerns like colds, stress & anxiety, poor digestion, hot flashes, and more. Then attendees will select the herbs that most resonate with their goals and will plant a small container garden to take home and grow for the season (or move indoors and keep all winter long).

Cost includes all the materials and a handout with point form info on the herbs discussed.
