Oh man Jeremy and I work with the best people!!! We had a blast with our frisbee golf 80’s workout staff party 🥳👯 . So much neon and so many tight things 😀. Of course there was a baseball tournament and the Elk Valley Ultra happening at the same time 🤣. We definitely put a smile on their faces!

We are so lucky to have Yvette come and help us out over the summer . Yvette has been in the massage community for a long time and is now a BC RMT! 💜💜💜.
With years of massage therapy and rehabilitation experience Evette has worked with an expanse of clients from recreational and competitive athletes to individuals managing everyday stresses, aches, pain, and discomfort. Evette holds a bachelor of science in kinesiology. Her background and sports science and strength and conditioning provide provides a strong foundation in biomechanics, rehab rehabilitation and exercise prescription.

2026 Griz days bed races :) Yes we know the theme was Nordic Vilking but we are such 80’s babes at heart we could resist 😁 . Look at that 80’s rock glamour 😂. Love our amazing crew who are game to always dress up and throw on a wig !!! ❤️❤️❤️
