Shingles can happen to anyone who has had chickenpox. If you’re 50 or older, your risk increases—and when shingles occurs, the pain can sometimes last long after the rash is gone.
Shingles vaccination is recommended for adults 50 years and older, and may also be recommended for adults 18 years and older who are at increased risk of herpes zoster (shingles).
At Campus Pharmacy, our pharmacists can help you understand your eligibility, assess shingles symptoms, and discuss your options for treatment and prevention.
Our pharmacists can help with:
✔️ Shingles symptom assessment
✔️ Treatment and vaccination guidance
✔️ Antiviral medication when appropriate
✔️ Shingles (herpes zoster) vaccination
✔️ Referral to another healthcare provider if needed
Don’t wait until shingles becomes painful.
If you’re 50+ or 18+ and at increased risk, talk to our pharmacist about shingles prevention.
