Kelsey Brooks is well equipped with a wide range of tools to execute the most effective treatment plans for her clients. She graduated from the Mohawk College Massage Therapy program then continued to grow her skill set at the International Medical Arts Institute where she received her diploma in medical neuro-acupuncture, as well as certification in cupping and dry needling.

Kelsey believes the ability to stay active in a pain free way is the key element to functional well being and healthy lifestyle. In her personal time, she is a marathon runner which has fueled her interest in acute sport injuries and chronic conditions. She understands the importance of a whole-body approach in day to day living and fitness with a deep sense of body awareness and injury prevention. Her clinical experiences and evidenced based treatment approach allows her to create an effective and personalised client centred treatment plan which addresses specific concerns and goals, in a respectful, positive and welcoming treatment environment

Dr. Kimpreet (Kim) Jassal is a compassionate chiropractor dedicated to helping patients move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free.
