Some days, gratitude comes easily. Other days, we have to look for it a little more carefully.

Not because the difficult things disappear, but because gratitude helps us remember that they are not the whole story.

There is still something supporting us, teaching us, loving us, or reminding us to keep going. 🙏💜

Sometimes the biggest changes don’t begin with having all the answers.

They begin with saying yes to something that keeps calling your heart.

For many people, Reiki Level 1 is the beginning of a new relationship with themselves. A chance to slow down, reconnect, and discover that healing isn’t about becoming someone else. It’s about coming back to who you already are.

One of my favorite parts of teaching Reiki is watching that journey unfold, one student at a time.

Some experiences remind us that there really is no “right” time to begin.

We can learn something new, discover another part of ourselves, or choose a different path at any stage of life.

This Reiki Level 1 class was especially meaningful to me, and one I know I’ll remember for a very long time. 💜

One of the things I love most about teaching Reiki is seeing each person discover what the practice means to them in their own way.

What is something you’ve been wanting to try but keep putting off?

Hay experiencias que nos recuerdan que realmente no existe un momento “correcto” para comenzar.

Podemos aprender algo nuevo, descubrir otra parte de nosotros mismos o elegir un camino diferente en cualquier etapa de nuestra vida.

Esta clase de Reiki Nivel 1 fue muy especial para mí y sé que la recordaré por mucho tiempo. 💜

Una de las cosas que más disfruto de enseñar Reiki es ver cómo cada persona descubre, a su manera, lo que esta práctica puede significar en su vida.

Learning Reiki isn’t just about learning a technique.

It’s about coming home to yourself.
Creating moments of calm with intention.
Realizing you already have the ability to support your own well-being.

For some, Reiki becomes a personal practice.
For others, it becomes something they share with family, friends, or clients.

However you found your way here, Reiki has a beautiful way of meeting you exactly where you are.

One of my favorite parts of teaching Reiki is watching each student discover what this practice means to them.
