✨️Are you also a big overthinker like me?

✨️Is it hard for you too to turn off your mind during meditation?

✨️Do you also feel you can't meditate because all these thoughts keep coming up?

The point of meditation isn't always to find total stillness. In my opinion, that's advanced level meditation when you achieve total stillness and i am not even there yet after years of practice.

When i kept coming back to meditation almost daily, I noticed a pattern of how my thoughts emerge. When my mind jumps in and creates a story.

I also noticed when I sit back and just observe my thoughts without jumping in and running with it.
For me, thoughts surface like bubbles. It comes up and if i don't jump in, it dissolves.

Then I started noticing something cool! I only receive guidance when i sit back and observe instead of jumping into my thoughts. I also receive through pictures in my minds eye (clairvoyance) 👁

Other times, information comes through as strong feeling and a deep inner knowing (clairsentience & claircognizance)

The important thing to understand is that there isn't one point to meditation. Keep coming back to your practice over and over again and soon you will feel the magic 💫
