What an unforgettable evening at the 42nd Annual Hamilton Chamber of Commerce Outstanding Business Achievement Awards.

Draga Vision Care was honoured to be named a Finalist in the Small Business Category and to be in a room filled with excellence, leadership, and innovation across Hamilton.

According to the Hamilton Business Centre, small businesses are the backbone of Hamilton’s economy, making up the vast majority of businesses in our city. Being recognized as a finalist among thousands of small businesses one of approximately 16,000 small businesses in Hamilton is something I am incredibly grateful for.

January 5, 2026 marks two years of ownership at Draga Vision Care.

This milestone represents two years of growth, resilience, and collaboration as an entrepreneur. The journey has reinforced a powerful truth: meaningful progress is achieved together.

I am sincerely grateful to the investors who believed in me early on, the mentors whose guidance has been invaluable, and the partners, suppliers, colleagues, and community members who continue to support this vision. I also want to acknowledge our dedicated clinical team and staff—your commitment to excellence makes our work possible.

It is a privilege to lead a practice focused on delivering quality, accessible eye care while continuing to grow with purpose and integrity. I look forward to building on this foundation in the years ahead.
