From overwhelmed to regulated…
At Centered on Wellness, we believe true healing begins with awareness — and this upcoming Nervous System Workshop is a beautiful opportunity to support both brain and body.
Chronic stress and stored tension patterns can quietly impact sleep, pain levels, and overall wellbeing. Through gentle, guided somatic movement, this class helps the nervous system settle, reset, and relearn a calmer baseline.
🧠 Release tension
😴 Support better sleep
🌿 Help your body feel safe again

We’re pleased to host Callie Finley of Positive Posture and Motion for this special session:

Because at the end of the day… it’s about the relationship — especially the one between your nervous system and your daily life.

I am so blessed to be in the place I am.

A place where the love I hold for every body (yes, EVERY one; big, small, young, old, blemishes, bumps, hair, medical devices, sensory issues and all else) that trusts my skill and devotion enough to be vulnerable on my table is felt!
You are all welcome, always.

Thank every one of you for your trust, support, kind words, and reviews!

I love that each of you help me live my dream every day that I am in my treatment space 🥰

Professional. Intuitive. Compassionate.

“For the best massage in the most relaxing and welcoming environment, book with Hadassah… a true gem in the heart of High River.”
