A note from us 💜✨

You may have noticed we’ve been a little quieter on here than usual — and that’s been intentional.

When we signed up to have a business, we didn’t realize everything we were signing up for — social media being one of the biggest things. We don’t outsource very much when it comes to Soul Stones. We have our bookkeeper, accountant, and of course, our cherished team member Elli who helps keep the shoppe afloat! Other than that, it’s just the 2 of us. And we aren’t complaining, because we love what we do & the connections we make because of it. It just means that at times, it can be hard to keep up with it ALL.

2026 has been a rollercoaster for us — not the business necessarily, but for ourselves in our personal lives. With that, it means taking a break with certain things at times (i.e. social media) and leaning into what truly matters. Intentionally putting our time & energy in some areas, and letting the rest fall away.

Through our lil social media hiatus, we’ve gained clarity around where we DO want to put our time & energy. And to be honest, we miss connecting with you all on here. We want to get back to the roots of where Soul Stones began — creating posts for fun, for inspiration, for guidance, and for all of you, our Soul Stoners, who follow and support us 🫶🏼

While we’d like to say “we are so back!”, we are gonna keep it genuine and show up when & how we can. Sharing more from our lives, our practices, the things that genuinely light us up, and get back to being more personal.

No more worrying about what the grid looks like, how “perfect” our content may look, or how much/how little we are sharing — just showing up raw, authentically, & wholeheartedly us 💜

This business began out of 2 gals who loved crystals, were learning a LOT about energy, were in need of healing, and thought hey, maybe others would benefit from all of this too! Gals that became passionate sharing spiritual tools & practices, before the responsibilities of owning a business caught up with us.

So I guess, in a sense, we are “so back” after all — but in a new way & however that may look to us 😌

✨🤍 A SoulFULL Evening with M&J 🤍✨

While we have been doing a lot of private Sound Bath + Meditation events, we haven’t held a public SFE in quite some time! We are excited to be bringing these back 😌

If you haven’t been before, a SoulFull Evening combines a full sound healing experience—crystal singing bowls, rhythmic drumming, & chimes—with a guided mediation written specifically for the group & intention of the evening!

Guests leave with a full energetic realignment, insights from the meditation and from M&J about their energy, and with overall feelings of connection, peace, and relaxation 💫 If you’re feeling like you’re needing a recharge, an energy shift, and/or an opportunity to release anything you’ve been carrying, this event is for you!!

When: October 1st from 6-7:30
Where: Soul Stones (329 Victoria Street)
Tickets: $50
Theme/Intention: Crystal Healing (we will be using crystals on the chakra to assist in a full energetic balance✨)
What to bring: a yoga mat/blanket, tea or water, a journal (optional), and anything else you may need to be comfortable!

Hello Soul Stoners!!
As some of you know, this past year has been a bit of a health roller-coaster ride for Boca.
Last spring he was diagnosed (at 9 years old) with liver disease due to a congenital liver defect.
His liver is tiny!! We had no idea!!
Then, early last summer, he started having seizures because his liver wasn't filtering out the ammonia in his system.
So, after discussing it with his vet and with input from a canine dietician, we put him on a strict vegetarian diet and that stopped the seizures. He LOVES his veggie food, lol....zero complaints from him.

More recently, Boca has developed bladder stones. We need to get them put before they cause bigger issues.
So, tomorrow the lil boss man is having surgery to have those stones removed.
Unfortunately, due to his liver disease, he is at risk for issues from the anesthesia.
Boca has a fantastic vet who is very intune with his condition and we trust her implicitly.

So, we just know that he's going to be tickety boo and he'll be back to work to greet you all soon!!
He'll be begging for treats, drinking Elli's coffee right out of her mug and giving out those great big smiles in no time!!
We kindly ask that you send some positive, loving healing energy his way 💜💜
To our reiki students, we'd love for you to do some distance reiki on our little guy.
As for us, we'll take all the grounding, calming energy we can get!!
