Eating gluten free is easy. It’s the mental load in celiac that’s the hardest.

👉Comment WEBINAR and I’ll send you my free webinar to help you make food feel easier, more enjoyable and inclusive without it taking up so much space in your life.

The mental load is the most exhausting part of managing celiac disease and I promise it doesn’t need to feel like celiac is your whole life.

You can have a better social life and not think so much about food by learning the 3 step confident celiac method.

This is exactly how my clients live a full life with celiac disease:

Just like:

🙌Rianne who said “I went on a 3 trip to vancouver where I are out for every single day and didn’t get glutened once!”

😎And Lisette who said “I recently vacationed at a resort in Mexico as well as was able to do so confidently after completing the program!”

👌And Stephanie who said “I have noticed a massive reduction in the amount of time I’m spending thinking about food outside of meal preparation and eating!”

If you want to take the first step to living a more normal life with celiac, comment WEBINAR below and I’ll send along the free training.

Three things that really helped me when I was newly diagnosed with celiac disease.

👉Comment GUIDE if you want the FREE 3 step roadmap you should have been given on day 1 of your diagnosis.

Ok, so here’s the 3 things:

1. Focus on naturally gluten free foods. Take the label reading confusion out of the equation at first and make it crazy simple for yourself!

Grab the mini grocery list in the video!

2. Keep meals simple and don’t reinvent the wheel. I promise a lot of the meals you’re eating now are likely very close to being gluten free with just a few swaps!

Easy dinner ideas in the video!

3. Learn to label read. Whether you’re in the USA or Canada, I can teach you to read labels using my signature label reading systems that break it down in less than 10 minutes.

✨ I also give you one bonus tip in the video that clients tell me ALL the time that they wish they would’ve done.

👉Comment MINI and I’ll send you my newly diagnosed celiac mini course that’ll take you from overwhelmed to confident in under 1 hour and gives you everything you need to shop, cook and stay safe at home in Canada and the USA.

What your celiac friend really wants from you when eating out (but probably isn’t going to ask you to do).

If you relate to this, I’d love it if you shared far and wide with your friends and family!

Which one would you love help with? Let me know below 👇

My favorite, getting other people to choose the restaurant 😃

Living with celiac isn’t just about avoiding gluten…👇🏻

It’s navigating restaurants, speaking up, thinking ahead, and sometimes feeling like a burden in those important moments.

If you have a loved one with celiac, I hope this helps you better understand what they’re carrying around every day. 🫶

These are the things I thought would consume the rest of my life ⤵️

Researching restaurants for hours, and still feeling unsure…

Being restricted to the options in the gluten free aisle…

Always making life decisions around my celiac…

Until, I learned how to take my power back 👀

Not by becoming stricter or avoiding more situations, but by understanding what actually matters for staying safe, learning how to assess risk, and trusting myself to navigate food in real life.

Because celiac disease may always be part of my life, but it no longer feels like the thing running the show.
