A little peek into my life outside of work.....I absolutely love what I do in the Westrick Clinic at this time in my career but what holds the most space for me is family. Our extended family, which includes our furbabies our beloved Cane Corsos. Most recently an unexpected 38 hour road trip to Houston with hubby Doug DeMott (which we made the absolute most of)! This weekend we celebrated 2 of our youngest grands birthdays and this truly fills my heart to bursting. It's the most valuable commodity we have.... time. And family. We can't wait to welcome grandbaby number 13 in September! šŸ˜

Today we celebrated my beautiful Momma Leila West having her 82 birthday. At Westrick Clinic we talk so much about aging.... and today I reflected on Aging Well. What a blessing it is to live to older age in such a way that we can still enjoy movement, moments, family. Time with my girls and 2 of Doug and my 12(and a half) grand children. We use localized plasma energy to vaporize unwanted benign skin lesions.

Plexr is controlled plasma arc that touches the skin, causing the targeted lesion to sublimate.

Treatment Time: Usually takes just 10 to 30 minutes per session.

Pain Management: A topical numbing cream (or a local anesthetic injection) is applied beforehand to ensure your comfort.

Recovery: Downtime is minimal. Small, brown crusts will form over the treated area, which typically fall off naturally within 7 to 10 days.

Wrinkles donā€™t matter because of how they look. They matter when your reflection stops matching your energy. You can feel fully in your stride while your reflection tells a different story.

Thatā€™s where the disconnect happens. For most of my clients, itā€™s not about chasing youthā€¦ about closing the gap between how they feel vs reflection.

Because when those align they donā€™t just look different they show up differently for themselves first and thatā€™s why wrinkles matter cause the voice inside talking to ourselves needs to be telling us the right story.
