Healing isn’t meant to be rushed 🤍
Some seasons of progress feel fast. Others feel slow, messy, and frustrating. But slow progress is still progress.
You don’t have to be “back to normal” overnight.
You don’t have to rush your healing.
And you definitely don’t have to compare your timeline to anyone else’s.
Small wins matter:
