Our next series of pre and postnatal classes will begin the first week of March!
Registration is open at www.redefinedyoga.ca
These classes require no yoga experience and are centred around connection; with baby, other parents and most importantly, yourself. We will find space to land and share about parenthood, bond with baby, taking moments to pause and notice, connect with our breath and find invitation to explore gentle movement in our bodies.
