What a better way to hold onto summer a little longer?! Join us in studio with Karla Whiting from J U N I P E R | Lifestyle Design Studio as we create and connect 💐
Karla will guide us on the different types of blooms she has homegrown and how to create an attractive eye catching arrangement for your table.
Tea, lemonade and light snacks provided. Each participant will bring their own set of scissors, pairing knife or garden sheers. Mason jars will be provided and all the fresh cut blooms.

There has been a little bit of change to the weekly schedule as we shift into back to school and I send my oldest off to kindergarten 🥹 how are we here!?
Gentle flow will move from Mondays to Tuesday at the same time. So grateful to have to ability to support being there for my kids while doing exactly what I love.

Birth-day. A day that we typically celebrate another lap around the sun. Which should be celebrated. But the word birthday has come to mean so much more to me over the past 5 years.
5 years ago, I became a mother myself, I witnessed birth for the very first time that day in May of 2021. A day that forever changed me, changed the course of my life and something I am so grateful for to have gained the title of mom.
Since then I have not only started my own practice from the ground up but have continued to grow it and hold space for so many amazing moms to be as they too approach their Birth-days. As well as have the honour to be apart of so many folks journeys soon after they gain the title of mom.
But one of the most incredible experiences I have had the honour to witness is to be apart of someone’s birth, be in the delivery room, supporting and help them on their most important Birth-days.
This little lady in the picture with me will forever have a piece of my heart. The truth is as a person who feels so deeply these births are something I will carry with me for my life. That cold day in February will be a memory I cherish in all my days to come - I am beyond grateful for her parents choosing me to be apart of this monuments day, something I will forever be grateful for. And getting to be apart of such a special Birth-day.
Today I celebrate my birthday, because the truth is we don’t know how many we are going to have. Something else I became painfully aware of at a young age - so today I will eat cake and celebrate this life and the miracle of BIRTH.
