Baby’s first eye exam is always so much fun! 🥹

We love meeting our littlest patients and seeing all those sweet smiles. But beyond the smiles, these early exams are an important part of your baby’s visual development.

We recommend booking your baby’s first eye exam between 6 and 9 months old. During this visit, we check their eye health, focusing ability, eye alignment, and visual development, while also establishing a baseline for future exams. If everything is developing properly, annual eye exams can begin at age 3.

We had a tough Friday last week because it was Brynn’s last day with us before she heads off to Oregon to attend Pacific University College of Optometry! 🥹

We’re so excited for her as she starts this next chapter and can’t wait to see all the amazing things she accomplishes. We’ll definitely miss having her around, but we’re so proud of you, Brynn! 🫶🏼
