Through the past 20 years I have been learning and taking things day by day on my healing journey. Learning to use my gifts has been the best adventure of my life and the universe has just brought people and given me opportunities to learn in such a great way! I am so greatful for these positive changes! I am forever learning and growing each new day. I am located in Lloydminster, Saskatchewan Canada. I do both in person as well as distant Readings. Over the years I have been blessed to take a number of classes and trainings with different teachers. One of them being the amazing Sonia Choquette as well as Traditional Parenting from the late great teacher Janet Fox. I have trained for my Reiki under Lystra Doucette of Serenity Healing Crystal's and Books located in Lloydminster. I also have been blessed to use the location for doing my weekend Readings! � �

As you practice positive daily affirmations, you begin to develop a more positive outlook on life.

This is not about being exceptional, perfect, or excellent.

When you get caught in negative self-talk, positive affirmations can replace subconscious patterns with adaptive narratives.

Repeatedly focusing on positive statements builds and strengthens new neural pathways in your brain, making positive thought patterns easier to access over time.

I breathe in three times deeply and exhale all fear, worry, and doubt.
