Inner child work saved me from myself.

We can be our own worst enemies, reinforcing a belief we have about ourself that we learnt in childhood

This is a great reminder to stop and look back at how far you’ve come

We so often miss how far we’ve grown because we keep pushing the bar

Keep striving but show yourself love and gratitude for how far you’ve come, even if your not quite where you want to be yet 🫶🏽🤍
